How to check a talent's social connection status

Upon signing up, it’s essential for your talent to keep their social account(s) connected to ensure you receive the most up-to-date content and metrics in your Foam account. Here’s how you can check their connection status at a glance.

  1. From your Foam account, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Agency settings.

  2. Navigate to the Talent tab.

  3. Next, locate the "Status" and the "Platform Connection Status" columns.

Understanding the Status Columns

Status

What it Means

Platform Connection Status

"Accepted"

The talent has accepted their invitation and registered an account on Foam.

Blue: the platform is connected (verified);

Red: the connection has expired and needs to be reconnected;

Grey: the platform was added manually by a manager and has not been connected by the creator.

"Pending"

The talent has been invited but has not yet accepted their invitation or connected their social accounts.

Grey: the platform was added manually by the manager (unverified).

"Not yet invited"

The talent has been manually added as unverified and has not yet been invited to connect their social account(s).

Grey: the platform was added manually by the manager (unverified).
