How to Change Talent Notes Access

Updated over a week ago

Within Talent Notes, you have the ability to set the permission level for each section of information. This will allow you to ensure that personal talent information is only shared with the correct partners. Here are the steps to set the access levels in Talent Notes.

How to Set Access Level

There are two levels of access you can set for Talent Notes - by individual section, or for all sections.

To change access, follow these steps:

  • To change access for specific sections, find the Manage Access dropdown in the upper-right hand corner of each section. Choose the access level you would like to apply to the section.

  • To change access for all sections, Find the Manage Access dropdown to the right of the Brand Matching Information header (underneath the Profile section). Choose the access level you would like to apply to all sections.

Please note: Access settings applied to all sections will not override any manually-applied access.

Eg., If the Personal Information section is set to the Your Agency Team access level, and you apply External Agency Team access to all sections, this will not change the Personal Information access level.

Access Levels in Talent Notes

There are five levels of access to sections within Talent Notes:

Talent's Internal Core Team

This includes your primary managers, any co-managers, and all admins within your agency. They will have access to view and edit any of the information in the questionnaire.

Talent's External Core team

This group includes any designated co-managers from external agencies that share management duties with your talent. They will have access to view and edit the questionnaire information, but they won't have the ability to change access settings for the questionnaire.

Your Agency Team

This group includes any other managers within the agency that are not already assigned to the talent. They will have view access only.

External Agency Team

This group includes any other members of an external agency that are not specifically assigned to your creators - managers, scouts, finance, etc. They will have view access only.

External Buyers

This group will include any external partners not part of an agency, such as brands and agency buyers, They will have view access only. Some sections in the questionnaire are not shareable under this access level.
