What are Talent Notes?
Talent Notes are detailed profiles for your talent that include information to share with brand partners for collaborations. These notes include sections for physical characteristics, talent favorites and preferences, information on past partnerships, and more!
How to Manually Update Questionnaire
Log in to Foam here
From the Talent page, select the creator you want to update Talent Notes for by clicking on their name or choosing View Profile.
3. In the secondary navigation bar on the Profile page, choose Talent Notes next to the creator's name. This will open the Talent Notes questionnaire, where you'll be able to manually fill in all the sections on behalf of your creators.

How To Send the Questionnaire to the Creators
In the upper right hand corner of the Talent Notes page, you'll see a button labeled Generate Questionnaire Link. In the popup window, select Copy Link to get the shareable link to send to your talent.

Once you send the link to your creator and they complete the form, their information will automatically update in your agency account. Each section will indicate whether the details were added manually or submitted through the questionnaire, shown in the bottom-right corner.
Please note:
Questionnaire links are unique, one-time use links. If you generate a second link, the first link will become invalid.
Questionnaire links expire after 14 days
