Please note: If you would like payments to be processed through your agency, you will need to repeat the process of entering payment information for each creator individually.
How to Set Up Payment Information
1. Log in to your Talent Manager account.
2. Navigate to the Talent tab and click on the talent profile you would like to update payment details for.
3. Navigate to the Payments tab:
If the Payments tab isn't visible in your talent's navigation menu, please contact our support team by emailing hello@foam.io.
Note: If payment details haven’t been added yet, you may be prompted to enter legal name information. Please be sure to enter the creator’s legal details, even if you're sending payment to your agency.
4. For new creators, you'll be prompted to set up a two-step verification – enter your mobile number and click Send code to request a verification code:
5. Input the code received through the message and click Submit.
If you've requested a 2-step verification code but haven't received it, please get in touch with our support team via hello@foam.io, and we'll assist you with the next steps.
6. Complete the information on the Address page.
Please note when selecting payment type:
If the payment goes to your agency, please select "Company" in the Type field.
If the payment goes directly to the creator, please select "Individual".
Then, enter the contact email, phone number, name and mailing address of the recipient. Once completed, click Next.
If the payment type is set to "Company", the name fields (First Name, Middle Name and Last Name) are optional.
7. From the dropdown menu, select the preferred payment method and enter the banking details of the recipient. The payment methods and currencies may differ depending on the country you selected on the Address page (Step 6). Once completed, click Next.
Make sure to check the "Name on Account" field
If the payment type is set to "Individual", the field will automatically include the name you entered in Step 4 (creator name). No action is required on your side.
If the payment type is set to "Company", modify this field to match the company name added in Step 6:
8. Complete the Tax Forms page: The page will automatically detect your location and request the necessary tax information to comply with the local laws of that country/jurisdiction.
9. Complete the VAT information and click Next.
And that's it! You should see a confirmation message on your screen:
