Sharing Lists is an excellent way to share your roster with external partners. This article will guide you through the process of sharing a talent List.
How to Share a List
Log in to your Foam account.
Navigate to the Lists tab.
Use the dropdown menu to choose whether you want to share an agency list or one of your own lists.
Locate the list you want to share and click the Share button. You can also open the list and click the Share button directly from within for quick access.
Customize the list settings:
Enable activity tracking: Turn on the "Unlock insights by requiring email to view" toggle to track who viewed your list. For more information on this feature, visit this page.
Remove audience filters: Enable this toggle to remove audience filters from the shared list view. The toggle turns orange when active. For more information on this feature, visit this page.
Click the Copy link button and share the generated link with the intended recipient or brand.
And that's it! Send your external partners the link to allow them to view your List.
