Huck is your built-in AI Analyst from myne—designed to help you understand your customers, spot trends, and make smarter decisions in seconds. Whether you're curious about customer loyalty, revenue patterns, or menu performance, Huck is here to help you ask, explore, and act.

How to Access the AI Analyst

  1. Log in to myne

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click AI Analyst

  3. You’ll land in the chat interface where you can select from 4 different options based on what you are wanting help with.

Once you select an option, you can type a question. Suggested questions will also appear underneath each of the options to better help guide you

Our AI can help you:

  • Understand customer retention

  • Identify top spenders or frequent visitors

  • Analyse product performance

  • Explore patterns in visit frequency, spend, and loyalty

  • Create customer groups based on your AI explorations

  • Edit existing customer groups
