Signals is designed to highlight trends, identify opportunities, and guide both strategic and 1:1 actions that can increase customer retention, experience, and revenue.

  1. Log in to Myne.

  2. From the left-hand menu, click Signals.

  3. Select Feed


🧠 What You’ll See on the Signals Feed

Each signal in the feed gives you a digestible summary of customer behavior or patterns worth paying attention to. Examples include:

  • Customer Retention Trends

  • High-Value Customer Risk Alerts

  • Menu Item Engagement Patterns

  • Customer Visit Milestones

Signals are categorised by sentiment or urgency, including:

  • Positive

  • Warning

  • Opportunity

  • Critical

You can sort the feed by Priority or apply other filters to surface what matters most to you.

To help tailor the signals to your business and improve future relevance, each signal includes a set of action icons:

Helpful – Tick icon

Mark the signal as useful. Helps improve future signal accuracy.

Save – Bookmark

Save signals for future reference. Access them later via the Saved tab.

Not Helpful – Thumbs down

Provide feedback that this signal wasn’t relevant. This is used to refine future signal generation.
