Every customer in myne has a single conversation timeline that shows the full history of messages sent and received.

This timeline lives in the Customer details view and represents the ongoing conversation between you and that customer.


The messaging timeline

The messaging timeline includes all emails and SMS messages, whether they were sent manually or created through automations. It also includes any replies from the customer, keeping everything in one continuous thread. This keeps conversations personal and continuous.

This makes it easy to understand the context of a customer relationship at a glance — what they’ve received, when they last engaged, and how they’ve responded.

Sending messages

From the messaging timeline, you can draft and send messages directly to the customer. Messages can be sent immediately, saved as drafts, or scheduled to be sent later.

As you write a message, you can use AI suggestions to help refine tone, wording, or structure before sending.


The messaging timeline is the heart of Conversations — bringing together automation-driven messages, manual outreach, and customer replies in one place.
