Step 1 - Log into Userled at app.userled.io.

Step 2 - Navigate to the Integrations page and click “Manage” for the “Userled SDK” settings. There you will find your organisation’s snippet that you can copy.

Step 3 - Follow the instructions on the page to add your unique code to your website.

Installation instructions vary depending on whether you have a Multi-Page or a Single-Page Application (MPA vs SPA). You can find all the information here.

Step 4 - Once your snippet has been integrated and detected, the app will give you the green light ✅. This means you are ready to publish experiences!

If you use tag managers or specific web frameworks, we have built starters for installations on Google Tag Manager, Gatsby-React, Next.JS and many more!

💡 In order for the snippet to be detected, there must be traffic on the site. Otherwise we won’t have heard from it! This means you may need to refresh the page where you installed the snippet for us to detect it.
