Learn how to target returning visitors during an inbound experience

You have now built a tailor-made experience for a specific audience segment, congrats 🎉.

Userled enables you to retarget the visitors that haven’t clicked on your CTA but return to your website with other personalised experiences to increase the chance of converting them.

To build a new experience for returning visitors, click on the Add experience tab and start building. Userled will automatically show that experience to all visitors that returned to the website more than 24 hours after dismissing the first experience.

You can design as many recapture experiences as you want to iteratively target visitors that didn’t click on the previous experiences. However, make sure to use experiences to provide additional value, or the visitors may perceive your attempts at converting them as being too insistent.

To delete any of the recapturing experiences, just hover on them and click on the Delete button
