Userled's Slack integration allows you to send realtime notifications to different Slack channels so your sales reps are alerted when key accounts take meaningful actions. This article will walk you through setting up and configuring the integration.
Authorizing the integration
Navigate to https://app.userled.io/integrations
Click on the Slack integration card, then click on "Connect Slack".
Click "+ New Slack alert" to configure which notifications get sent to which channels. (Optional) Click "Test" to validate you receive a notification on the selected channel.
Configuring your notifications
Once your authorization is complete, you can select which notifications to turn on, and which channel that notification goes to.
Configure which intent signals should trigger notifications and alert account owners directly when their accounts show high intent.
