Teams & Workspaces in Twain

How to invite teammates, organize work across workspaces, and find anything with full-text search.

Note on the video above: The workspace setup (Private/Team tabs, creating workspaces, moving between them) works exactly as shown. The campaign view in the background looks different in the current version of Twain, but ignore that — the workspace functionality hasn't changed.

Inviting teammates

You can invite team members from the user menu. It's free regardless of your plan. Invited users automatically inherit the workspace owner's balance and permissions, and share the same credit pool, so your whole team works from one balance across the web app, API, and all activities.

What team members get access to:

  • Full API access, including personal API keys

  • Complete workspace access

  • The shared credit pool

Workspaces

Workspaces let you separate projects by client, product, market, or team. You can create private workspaces for personal use or team workspaces that are automatically shared. Content can be moved between private and team workspaces at any time.

Private vs. Team:

  • Private workspaces are only visible to you.

  • Team workspaces are shared with everyone in your team automatically.

The Team tab only appears once you have team members. It shows up as soon as you've been added to someone else's team, or once you've added others to yours.

Finding what you need

Use Full-Text Search (Cmd+K on Mac, Ctrl+K on Windows) to find campaigns, leads, or messages across your entire workspace without scrolling. Search by campaign title, lead name, company, email address, or keywords within messages.
