Here is how you can use the task settings

Archival

By checking the box and selecting a time frame, the system will automatically send your completed tasks to the archive section according to the amount of time you had selected.

Note: by archiving tasks, you will keep your board orderly and increase the loading speed


Notifications

  • Choose the type of resident to which you want to make your changes edit their settings (owners, tenants, family, board members)

  • Check the boxes to decide when the residents receive notifications for task activity

Note: the residents decide what type of notification they receive in their settings


Categories

  • Decide how you want to organize and categorize your tasks

  • To create a new category with which you can associate your tasks, click on create task category and fill in the information.

  • To edit or delete an existing category, choose the desired category and click on edit to bring the changes to it


    Statuses

  • Decide the flow that your tasks will follow on the board

  • To create a new status in which you can put your task, click on the create task category and fill in the information

  • To edit or delete an existing category, choose the desired status and click on edit to bring the changes to it
