USER ROLES
Every user with subscription privileges to the Utopia Experiences Care Community (UECC) platform is granted access to the system in a specific user “role”. The role for each person is determined/specified by the Community that holds the subscription. The role that a person holds determines the UECC functions to which the user has access. This User Guide and the UECC Online User Training are directed at and optimized for five specific roles within the UE Care Community: Organization Admin, Community Admin, Game Host, Resident, and Family/Friend.
ORGANIZATION ADMIN (“OrgAdmin”)
Has access to all data relating to any and all Communities within the Organization
A user may be an Organization Admin for one or more Organizations
COMMUNITY ADMIN (“CommAdmin”)
Has access to all data relating to the Community (or Communities) for which they have a Community Admin role
A user may be a Community Admin for one or more Communities
RESIDENT
Has access only to game scheduling data relating to the Community where they are a Resident
FAMILY/FRIEND
Has access only to game scheduling data relating to the Community (or Communities) where they are identified as family or friend to a Community Resident
GAME HOST
Has access to scheduled games for any Community where they are identified as the Game Host for that Community
A user may be Game Host in any number of Communities
The Game Host is granted the Game Host role and privileges by the Organization or Community Admin
