Once a game has been added, it can be viewed and/or edited easily prior to game start.

  1. From the left navigation bar, select GAME SCHEDULE

  2. Click on the “View Scheduled Games” button

  3. In the Communities search box, select the name of the Community that has scheduled the game you wish to edit and click the “Apply” button

  4. Scan the Date column to find the game in question

    1. Depending on how many future games are scheduled, you may need to advance to the next screen, or beyond, to find the game you seek

    2. If your community has many future games scheduled, use the From Date and To Date search boxes to narrow the list of games displayed

  5. Click on the Edit button of the game you just scheduled

    1. This will take you to the Edit Game data screen

    2. You will see the following details in the left column (mark edits as required):

      1. Community name

      2. Game selected

      3. Difficulty level selected

      4. Date/Time of the game

      5. Time Zone (of the community)

      6. Host Email of the host selected

      7. Join Link – this is the join link URL of the “video conferencing” app (Zoom, Google Meets, Go To Meeting, Teams, etc.) that you will be using for your game, if you have remote players/joiners

        1. You can share this link with family/friends who might want to log in and watch their loved ones play

    3. You will see the player details in the right column

      1. Players 1-4 will be listed, along with the screen names you want to display during the game itself

      2. IT IS ADVISABLE TO REVISIT THIS SCREEN PRIOR TO STARTING THE GAME

        1. Any last minute player “swap-outs” should be entered

        2. NOTE: should you swap-out or add any players, it may alter the puzzles already selected for this game.

          1. The software ensures that no one player “replays” a puzzle with a six-month window

        3. If you swap out or add players, LET THE GAME HOST KNOW

          1. The Game Host always has a printout of the puzzles to be played, in order to help players along, if necessary, and/or to know if a “solution” is correct

          2. If players are changed in any way, the Game Host will want to print out a new list of the scheduled puzzles

    4. Click BACK at the top left to exit the Edit Game screen

    5. Click Save at the bottom if there have been any changes to game details

    6. You will be returned to the Scheduled Games listing
