The short answer
Once you submit a payout request, approval is typically under 1 hour and approved funds clear within about 12 hours. Your first payout has one extra one-time step, identity verification (KYC), which happens before that first release. So most first payouts complete within roughly half a day of requesting, plus the time it takes you to finish verification.
If you are about to request your first reward, here is exactly what happens, in what order, and where the time goes. We would rather you know the real timeline than guess.
The headline timeline
Two numbers define the speed of every UZO payout, including your first.
Stage | Typical time |
Approval after you submit | Under 1 hour |
Funds clearing after approval | Within about 12 hours |
First-time identity check (KYC) | One-time step, done before the first release |
After your first payout, that KYC step is behind you, so future payouts run on just the approval and clearing windows above.
Step-by-step timing
Here is the full sequence for a first payout, start to finish.
You hit your reward threshold and submit a payout request from your dashboard.
You complete identity verification (KYC) through Veriff, if you have not already. This is a one-time step for your first payout.
We review and approve the request, typically in under 1 hour.
Approved funds are sent by your chosen method (bank or crypto) and clear within about 12 hours.
The two firm windows are approval (under 1 hour) and clearing (within about 12 hours). The variable part is how quickly you finish the one-time verification, which is in your hands.
Why the first payout has one extra step (KYC)
Before we release money to you for the first time, we confirm you are who you say you are. This is identity verification, or KYC, and we run it through Veriff. It protects you and keeps payouts clean and compliant.
Two things are worth knowing. First, KYC is never required to start an evaluation. You only verify after you have passed and are ready to be paid. Second, it is a one-time step. Once you are verified, you will not repeat it on later payouts. The exact review time depends on Veriff and on how clear your submitted documents are, so the cleanest way to keep your first payout fast is to complete verification promptly and carefully.
Your fee comes back on this payout
Your evaluation fee is refunded
On your first reward payout, we return the fee you paid to start your evaluation. It arrives together with that first payout, on top of your 90% profit share.
This is part of why the first payout feels like a milestone. You keep your full 90% share of simulated profit, and the cost of getting there comes back to you on the very first payment.
If your timeline runs longer than expected
Most first payouts move quickly, but a few things can extend the timeline. The most common is verification: if your KYC documents are unclear or details do not match, Veriff may ask you to resubmit, which adds time. Mismatched payout details (for example, a bank name or crypto wallet that does not match your account) can also slow things down.
