How do I get and share my affiliate link?

Find your unique tracking link in your affiliate dashboard, then share it anywhere your audience is.

The short answer

Your unique affiliate link is generated in your affiliate dashboard the moment you join. Copy it from there, share it anywhere your audience is, and anyone who clicks it and signs up or purchases within the attribution window is credited to you.

The link is the one thing that connects a new UZO customer back to you. As long as your referral arrives through it, the tracking does the rest. Below is where to find it, what it is made of, and how to make sure every referral counts.

Find it in your dashboard

Once your affiliate account is active, open your affiliate dashboard. Your tracking link is shown there, ready to copy. There is nothing to build or request by hand: the link exists from the moment you are accepted into the programme.

For sharing on the open web, always use the full link from your dashboard. Links inside the UZO site itself are written as relative paths, so a path you copy from your browser bar while logged in is not a shareable affiliate link. The dashboard link is the complete, trackable one.

Anatomy of your tracking link

Your link is a normal UZO web address with a tracking code attached that is unique to you. When someone clicks it, that code is recorded against their visit so any later signup or purchase can be attributed back to your account.

You do not need to edit or decode anything. Copy the link exactly as it appears in your dashboard. Trimming, rewriting, or removing parts of it can strip the tracking code and break attribution.

Custom links, sub-IDs and campaign codes

Some affiliate programmes let you create multiple links, add sub-IDs to separate your channels, or tie a discount code to your account. Whether UZO supports these options is still being finalised, so we will not promise a feature that may not exist.

If you want to track different campaigns or attach a coupon code, check your dashboard for those controls first, and contact support@uzo.com if you cannot find them. For now, the single link in your dashboard is your reliable, tracked link.

Where you can and cannot share it

You can place your link wherever your audience naturally is: a YouTube description, a blog post, a newsletter, a social profile, or a community you are an active member of. The link travels fine across all of them.

Sharing is still subject to the programme's promotion rules. In short, promote honestly and within the boundaries of the affiliate terms. The conduct that is off limits is covered in the dedicated rules article linked below, so read it before you run any paid or large-scale campaign.

Making sure a referral gets attributed to you

Attribution depends on one thing: the person reaching UZO through your tracked link. If they navigate to the site some other way, type the address directly, or click a plain link without your code, the referral may not be credited to you.

A few habits keep your attribution clean:

  • Always share the full link straight from your dashboard, never a hand-edited version.

  • Let people click through rather than telling them to search for UZO separately.

  • Remember that attribution holds for a set window after the click, shown in your programme terms.

The payoff

Every signup or purchase that arrives through your link, within the attribution window, is credited to you and counts toward your commissions.
