The short answer
UZO runs on three platforms: MetaTrader 5, TradeLocker, and MatchTrader. Trading is simulated against real price feeds, so there is no live brokerage account tied to your country. US residents can use TradeLocker and MatchTrader (MetaTrader 5 is not available to them). If you are unsure whether your region is eligible, confirm with us at support@uzo.com or during signup before you pay.
Platforms you can use
You can trade UZO on any of three platforms, and the choice is yours. Each one carries the same products, the same account sizes, and the same rules. Your evaluation, your drawdown limits, and your 90% trader / 10% firm split do not change based on which platform you pick.
Platform | Good to know |
MetaTrader 5 | The industry standard for desktop, web and mobile. Not available to US residents. |
TradeLocker | Modern, browser-based, no install. Available to US residents. |
MatchTrader | Web and mobile, clean charting. Available to US residents. |
Account sizes run from $5K to $1M, and successful traders can scale toward $4M. None of that depends on the platform you trade on.
The US platform note
If you are a US resident, MetaTrader 5 is not available to you. This is the one platform-level restriction we apply, and it is driven by MetaTrader 5 availability, not by UZO.
You are not locked out. TradeLocker and MatchTrader both remain open to US residents, and both carry the full UZO product range with identical rules and the same payout terms. Pick either one and nothing else about your account changes.
How simulated trading affects regional availability
UZO is a simulated ("Syn-Fi") prop firm. You trade real, live prices, forex, metals, crypto, indices, stocks, and energies, drawn from third-party feeds, but the capital is simulated and no live money is at risk. Real spreads and commissions are applied uniformly so the conditions mirror a live market.
Because there is no live brokerage account opened in your name, your eligibility is not tied to a banking jurisdiction in the way a traditional broker would require. That keeps UZO accessible across many regions. It does not mean every country is supported, though, so the right move is always to confirm before you pay.
UZO is operated by EonStrategy L.L.C-FZ (UAE, licence 2204298.01) as principal operator, with UZO LTD (Saint Lucia) operating the MetaTrader 5 simulation platform.
If your region isn't clear, ask us
We do not publish a fixed country list here, because eligibility can change and we would rather give you a precise, current answer than a stale one. The fastest way to know for certain is to check during signup, where any restriction for your region will surface, or to email us first.
Confirm before you pay
If you are not sure your country is supported, message support@uzo.com or start signup and check eligibility there. We would rather confirm up front than have you pay for an evaluation you cannot use.
One more note on language: we have not confirmed which help-center or platform languages are formally supported, so we will not overstate it here. If you need to know whether you can work in a specific language, ask us at support@uzo.com and we will tell you exactly where things stand.
