Step 1

Tap the Camera Icon in the menu to access the capture screen. Select an athlete from the list, or tap the + button to quickly add a new student before capturing. To find your athlete easily, use the Search feature.

Step 2

Use the menu bar at the top right of the screen to:

  • Flip the camera

  • Add a timer (tap repeatedly to increase time)

  • Manually turn the flash on or off

  • Toggle between Frames Per Second (FPS) options

To add a gridline guide, swipe right from the bottom of the screen. To remove the guide, swipe left.

Tap the red circle button in the middle to start recording. You can record videos up to 30 seconds. To record additional videos, repeat the process.

You can continue capturing video from this screen. Your previously recorded videos are automatically saved.

Step 3

After you've finished capturing the video, tap the thumbnail in the bottom left corner to open your Session. Tap the ellipsis (...) icon to access the menu, where you can:

  • Edit Video Details

  • Analyze the video

  • Send to Athlete

  • Delete the video

If you want to continue capturing videos with the same athlete, tap "Save and Continue with [Athlete's Name]."

Once you're satisfied with your session capture, tap "Save and Exit Session." This action automatically uploads your videos to the cloud for storage.

You can reopen this session later from the home screen under "My Sessions" or from the Athlete's profile.

Step 4 (Recommended)

To change the name of a video or assign it to a different athlete, tap the ellipsis icon (...) on the video you want to edit to open the menu. Select "Edit Video Details." From here, you can change the video's name or the person it is assigned to.

Renaming your videos is a best practice to make them easier to find later.

To easily search for a video, tap "View All" from the "My Videos" home screen. Once in the "My Videos" tab, use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for videos by title. Be as consistent as possible with your video naming. It will make it much easier to find video content later on!
