Step 1

Open your V1 PRO app. From your Library or Student tab, select the video you want to migrate to V1 COACH.

Step 2

Open the video details by selecting the video from the list. Then click the Share icon (the box with an arrow pointing up).

Step 3

Select 'Upload to My Locker' and wait for the upload to complete. The window will automatically close when finished.

Step 4

Open the V1 COACH app. On the Home page, find the video you uploaded in the "My Videos" or "My Sessions" section. Select "View All" to see all the videos.

Tap the ellipsis (...) icon next to the video and select 'Edit Video Details.'

Here, you can change the video's name and assign it to a different athlete.

To rename the video, click "Name" and type in the new title. Click "Save" in the top right corner when you're finished.

Note: The uploaded videos will show in the 'My Videos' or 'My Sessions' folders on the home screen and in the athlete's profile under the 'Athletes' section. When doing comparisons, you can search by the name of the video to find it quickly and easily!
