To set up V1CE Smart follow-ups:
Open the More menu in your V1CE dashboard, then go to Smart follow-ups and hit Create follow-up
Pick your tone and three emails are ready to go
Edit them if you want
Set it live. Every new contact gets a follow-up without you having to think about it
How the Welcome email and Smart follow-ups work together
The Welcome email and Smart follow-ups are two different V1CE features that pair up on the same Contact Capture form. The Welcome email is the instant auto-response that fires the moment a contact fills in your form, so they get a "thanks for connecting" reply within seconds. Smart follow-ups are the delayed sequence that runs after that, sending a series of emails over the next hours or days to keep the conversation moving. Set up both and a new contact gets the instant welcome plus a nurtured sequence, with no manual chasing from you.
