What are Flows?
Flows are emails that send automatically when someone interacts with your profile. For example, when a new contact fills in your contact capture form, you can send them a personalised welcome email without lifting a finger.
How to set up a follow up email
Log in at app.v1ce.co
Click Flows in the left menu
Click Create flow
Give it a name and choose a trigger (e.g. "Contact form submitted")
Set the timing: send immediately, or after a delay (e.g. 1 hour after meeting)
Design your email:
• Subject line • Body text • Your contact details • Links to your website, booking page, or portfolio • Your logo and brand colours
Save and activate
Can I send multiple follow up emails?
Yes. Create a sequence of emails over several days. The first might thank them for connecting. The second might share a useful resource. The third might suggest booking a call.
Tips for effective follow up emails
• Send the first email within an hour of meeting. Speed builds trust • Keep it short and personal • Include a clear next step (book a call, visit your website) • Reference where you met them if possible
My follow up emails are not sending
