Before Installation: Inspecting the Terminal
When a terminal is delivered, partners and merchants should first:
Carefully remove the terminal and accessories from the packaging
Confirm all expected components are included (terminal, power cable, charging base if applicable)
Inspect the device for any visible damage or defects
Verify the terminal model matches what was ordered
If the terminal appears damaged or incomplete, do not proceed with installation and contact support before continuing.
