How do I properly and securely ship my device?

Step 1.

Reset your device to factory settings and delete iCloud, Google, Samsung and all other accounts. This will ensure that all your personal data is deleted and the next owner can use your product.

Step 2.

Take a picture of your device before packing it.

Step 3.

If you still have the device's original box you can use it, but always place it in an extra, sturdy and unrecognizable box for extra safety and security during transport. If the original box is not available, no problem. Find a suitable sturdy box that is not too big. Definitely do not use an envelope, it is not sturdy enough.

Step 4.

Do you have any accessories from the phone that you are no longer going to use? Everything is welcome. We can always make someone happy with them or else we recycle them for you.

Step 5.

Make sure the device does not move in the box. This will prevent damage during transport. You can use old newspapers, kitchen paper or other soft materials to fill empty spaces.

Step 6.

Close the box tightly with tape. Stick the shipping label on the box and take a picture of the box before shipping.


Step 7.

Take your package to a PostNL location. The nearest location can be found at postnl.nl/locationwijzer. After dropping off the parcel, you will receive a shipping receipt. Keep this shipping receipt well or take a picture of it.

Step 8.

Wave goodbye to your package and look forward to the euros you can expect in your bank account soon! You will receive notification from us as soon as we receive your package.
