Quality Check

Introduction to the Quality Check feature

Updated over a week ago

Quality Check (QC) is a feature designed to improve transparency and accountability between you and your Vendors. It ensures that all installations meet the expected standards and allows both parties to track and confirm the quality of work performed.

How Quality Check Works

Vendors Confirmation

Admins in the Vendors can review and confirm their satisfaction with the quality of installers' work. This allows them to take an active role in verifying installation standards before the event proceeds.

Your Company Oversight

Your company can access these confirmations, ensuring additional accountability and quality assurance. This visibility helps companies maintain high-quality standards across all installations.

How to use Quality Check

Scenario 1: Vendor Confirms QC

The Vendor clicks the QC button, which opens a confirmation message: “Are you sure you want to quality check this event?”. Then they confirm the action and a confirmation appears in the system for both the Vendor and your company. The event proceeds to your company for approval and completion.

Scenario 2: Vendor Does Not Confirm QC

The Vendor does nothing. The event proceeds to your company without a QC acknowledgment.

Important!
The QC functionality doesn't impact the event's approval flow. It's just an additional marker to confirm that the subcontractor's manager is satisfied with the job that their employee did.
