How completion reports help managers review events

Updated this week

Completion reports allow your managers to stay informed about how each event went. They provide a structured way to review results, track issues, and ensure quality. With the Plus Plan, you can customize completion report templates to suit your workflow.

Available Question Types

Completion reports can include the following types of questions:

  • Text – for short answers

  • Textarea – for longer, detailed answers

  • Checkbox – to confirm whether an action was completed. You can also specify the text that gets ticked in the checkbox.

  • Dropdown – to select one option from a list

  • Date – to enter a specific date

  • Signature – to capture a signature from the installer or responsible person

  • Multiselect – to choose one or more options from a dropdown list

Submission and Approval

Once the installer submits the event and completes all questions in the completion report, the event status changes to "Awaiting approval." This allows managers to review the information and decide whether the event is marked as completed or not completed, based on incidents or other factors.
