Guide on how to create a user after you were invited to Vantage

Getting started is quick and easy if you’ve been invited to join your company on Vantage. Just follow the steps below to complete your registration.

Step 1: Look for Your Invitation Email

Once someone from your company invites you to Vantage, you’ll receive an email with the subject line:


"[Name of the person who invited you] invited you to Vantage."

Open the email and click the "Accept" button to begin registering. This will redirect you to the Vantage registration page.

Step 2: Set Up Your Account

On the registration page, the email address field will be automatically filled in based on the invite — this can’t be changed.

  1. Create a password: Enter a strong password to log in.

  2. Confirm your password by typing it again.

  3. Tap “Continue” to move to the next step.

Step 3: Enter Your Personal Details

Next, you’ll be asked to provide some basic information:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Phone number

After filling in your details, tap “Create account.”

Step 4: Start Using Vantage

Once your account is created, your access depends on the user type that was assigned to you:

  • Dashboard (Full) Users: You can start using the web version of Vantage immediately. Full users can also log in to the mobile app to access basic Vantage functionality.

  • Lite Users (Installers): You’ll need to download the Vantage mobile app to continue using the platform.
