Add client contacts in Vantage to keep your records organized and simplify client communication.
How to Add a New Client Contact
Go to the Clients tab in your dashboard.
Tap on the client card you want to update.
Navigate to the Contacts tab within the client profile.
Tap the “+Add new contact” button.
You’ll then be able to enter the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Email – This will be used later to send a Client Portal invite.
Phone (optional)
This contact information is only visible to your internal team and helps you quickly access and manage client details.
