Learn how to manage your clients

Once you create a client, you can manage various aspects of their information, contacts, projects, assets, and documents through different tabs. This article will guide you through the Client Management features in Vantage.


Managing Client information

  • Info Tab: Edit the Client Owner who will receive notifications and manage events associated with this client.

Managing Contacts

  • Contacts Tab: Add and edit people linked to the client. These can be later selected for each event individually.

  • Send, resend, revoke, and edit invites for the Client Portal.

Managing Projects

  • Projects Tab: View all projects related to the client.

  • You can open existing projects and create new ones by tapping "Add New Project" or view them on the dashboard using "View on Board."

Managing Assets

  • Assets Tab: View and add assets linked to the client. In this article, you'll find more information on how to add the asset.

  • Tap on an asset to open and edit its details.

Managing Comments

  • Comments Tab: Leave and review comments about the client.

  • Comments left on photos in the Client Drawer will also appear here.

Managing Files

  • Docs Tab: Access three folders—Events, Projects, and Assets—where you can find generic files linked to each category.

Archiving and Deleting a Client

  • Tap the "..." button to either archive or delete a client.

  • Deleting a client will permanently remove it from the system.
