Adding a new client

Learn how to add a new client in Vantage.

Steps to Add a New Client

  1. Navigate to the Clients Tab

    • Open the Dashboard and go to the Clients tab.

  2. Click on "Add New Client"

    • Tap the "Add New Client" button to add a new client.

  3. Enter Client Information

    • Company Name (Required): Type in the client's company name.

    • Client ID (Optional): Enter a unique Client ID if applicable. You can search clients by IDs

    • Client Owner (Optional): Assign a Client Owner. The assigned owner will:

      • Automatically be set as the owner of projects linked to this client (but they can be overridden).

      • Receive notifications about new documents uploaded to the client drawer.

  4. Save the Client

    • Click "Save" to add the client.

    • Alternatively, tap "Save & Add Another" to immediately add another client.
