You can add Flags manually or let the system attach them automatically using Flag Automations.

What Are Flag Automations?
Flag Automations allow you to set conditions so that flags are automatically attached to events when those conditions are met. This makes it easier to keep track of tasks and events that require attention without needing to flag them manually.
How to Create a Flag Automation
Currently, Flag Automations cannot be created directly in the app.
To set one up, please contact our support team, and we’ll configure the automation for you.
Automation Conditions
Flag Automations can be based on event status. For example:
You might want an automation that only applies to not completed events, such as:
Active
Assigned
Not assigned
Awaiting approval
When an event meets these conditions, the flag will be automatically attached.
Date-Based Rules
Flags can also be attached or detached depending on the event’s start and end date. This ensures that flags are only applied when they’re relevant.
Removing Flags
Flags that were manually added can be removed at any time.
Flags that were automatically attached by an automation cannot be removed manually. These will only disappear once the flag has expired.
