Managing flags

How to manually and automatically apply flags to events.

Flags in Vantage help you quickly identify and prioritize events that require attention. There are 3 default flags available:

  • On Hold

  • Late

  • Very Late

Applying Flags

Depending on your flag automation settings (available on the Plus plan), flags may be applied to events automatically. If automation is not enabled, you can apply them manually:

  • Tap the flag icon directly on the event from your dashboard

  • Or, open the event and click the flag icon in the top right corner.

Why Use Flags

Flags make it easier to track events that are past due or temporarily paused. You can filter events by flags to view and manage critical or delayed tasks more efficiently.

If an event has multiple flags, they will all be visible at a glance on the dashboard and within the event—no need to open it to see the status.

Custom Flags & Automations

To create custom flags or set up flag automation rules, please contact our support team. These features are available to users with the Plus plan.
