How to take and upload photos from site to an event in the mobile app.

Uploading photos from site is one of the most common tasks on the mobile app. Site photos are used for completion records, quality checks, and client reporting. This article is for Lite users (installers) using the Vantage mobile app.

Uploading photos

To upload photos to an event from site:

  1. Open the event from your events list.

  2. Tap the Photos tab.

  3. Tap Add.

  4. Choose to take a new photo with your camera or select existing photos from your phone's gallery.

  5. The photos upload to the event.

You can upload multiple photos at once by selecting several images from your gallery.

Photos are separate from documents. Use the Photos tab for site evidence captured on your phone. The Docs tab is for files like PDFs and floorplans.
