Checking in inventory on an event

How to check in inventory items and attach photos to verify materials on site from the mobile app.

If your event includes inventory items, you can check them in from the mobile app as you work through the job.

Checking in inventory items

To check in inventory items from the app:

  1. Open the event from your events list.

  2. Tap the Inventory tab.

  3. You see the list of items assigned to the event. Tap an item to open it.

  4. Mark the item as checked in and add a photo if required.

  5. Repeat for each item.

Adding inventory photos

To attach a photo to an inventory item:

  1. Tap the inventory item.

  2. Tap Add photo.

  3. Take a photo or choose one from your device.

Photos attached to inventory items are used to verify what was delivered or installed on site.

Reporting a shortage

If an item is missing or the wrong quantity arrived, log it as a shortage. Tap the Issues tab on the event, then tap + Add shortage and fill in the item details.
