You can store work-related files directly on an event so everything your team needs is easy to find.
Open the event and go to the Docs tab.
Upload files in one of two ways:
Click +Add to upload a file or folder from your computer.
Drag and drop files directly into the Docs tab.
You can upload multiple files at once to save time. Uploaded documents can be viewed in list or grid view.
Vantage automatically pulls documents from the related client, project, and asset into the event's Docs tab under Related folders. This helps you quickly find files for the job without searching.
Uploading photos
Photos help document the event's progress and provide clarity for everyone involved.
On the web:
Go to the Photos tab on the event.
Click +Add new file or drag and drop images into the tab.
On mobile:
Go to the Photos tab on the event.
Select photos from your gallery or take new photos with your camera. Photos taken on-site are automatically backed up to your gallery and uploaded to Vantage.
Tap Submit to upload.
Viewing and commenting on photos
You can switch between list view, grid view, and photo log view using the toggle in the top right corner of the Photos tab. You can add comments to any photo by double-tapping it or by opening the photo and navigating to the comments section.
By default, documents you upload are visible to all users. You can change visibility for individual files from the document's info panel in the Docs tab.
