Inviting a Full user

How to invite a Full user to your Vantage workspace and assign their permission group.

Full users are people who work from the Vantage web dashboard — project managers, coordinators, salespeople, and office staff. Inviting a Full user sends them an email to activate their account.

Inviting a Full user

  1. Go to Users in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Add user.

  3. Select Full user and click Next.

  4. Enter the person's email address.

  5. Optionally, assign them to a team.

  6. Select a permission group: Admin, Standard, or Restricted.

  7. Click Save.

The person receives an invitation email with a link to set their password and activate their account. They appear under the Invited tab on the Users page until they accept.

Invitation links expire after 24 hours. If a user's link expires, go to the Invited tab, find them, and resend the invitation.

Adding a user adds a seat to your plan. The invitation form shows how many seats you are currently using.
