Lite users are field workers who access Vantage through the mobile app only. They see only the events assigned to them. Inviting a Lite user sends them an email to download the app and activate their account.
Inviting a lite user
Go to Users in the left sidebar.
Click Add user.
Select Lite (Installer) and click Next.
Enter the person's email address.
Optionally, assign them to a team.
Click Save.
The person receives an invitation email. They appear under the Invited tab on the Users page until they accept.
Lite users are automatically assigned the Lite permission group.
Invitation links expire after 24 hours. If a user's link expires, go to the Invited tab, find them, and resend the invitation.

Yes. You can switch between Lite and Full user types at any time from the user's profile.

Lite users are always assigned the Lite permission group automatically. It is fixed and cannot be changed, this is what limits their access to the mobile app and their assigned events only.
