The mobile Time page gives you a full view of your logged hours, browse by week or month, edit entries, and see which dates have been approved.
Navigating the Time page
Tap Time in the bottom navigation of the app to open the Time page.
Switch between a week view and a month view using the toggle at the top. Swipe left or right to move between weeks or months.
Days where you have logged time show a summary of hours. Approved dates appear in a disabled state and cannot be edited.
Viewing a specific day
Tap any day on the calendar to see all the time you logged for that date — the time type, hours, and the event it is linked to (if any).
Editing a time entry
Tap the day on the calendar.
Tap the entry you want to edit.
Update the hours, time type, or event and tap Save.
Approved entries show a green tick and cannot be edited. If you need to correct something, ask your manager.

Can I see time from previous months?
Yes. Switch to month view and swipe back to go to previous months. You can view all past entries, but you can only edit ones that have not been approved.
Why are some dates greyed out?
Why are some dates greyed out?
Greyed out dates have been approved by your manager, those entries are locked and cannot be changed. Future dates are also greyed out, as you cannot log time in advance.
