“Exception” alerts on the order

The Arta card may show banners for carrier-reported exceptions, for example:

  • Pickup delayed at your request

  • Delay

  • Customs hold

  • Customs information required — action needed

  • Reported damage or loss

After delivery — Arta claims link

For an Arta-style insurance / transit dispute, the dashboard offers:

  • Report an issue or file a claim

which opens Arta’s claims site.

Typical on-screen conditions:

  • Damage claims within 7 days of delivery.

  • Have the shipment reference (shortcode) ready.
