Prepaid return labels

For most returns, the collector ships the piece back to you with a prepaid label — a ready-to-print carrier label (or a drop-off QR code) that we arrange, so the collector doesn't have to organise anything themselves.

How it works

  1. The return is approved and the collector chooses how to send it back

(drop-off at a relay point, or home pick-up by the carrier).

  2. A prepaid label is prepared for that return.

  3. The collector receives it in their return portal, prints it (or shows the QR

code), and sends the piece back to your return address.

  4. You see the return tracking (carrier + number) on the case in After-sales,

and follow the parcel until it reaches you.

Who pays for it

  • Change of mind → the label cost is deducted from the collector's refund.

  • Fault-based (damaged, wrong item, not as described…) → the collector is not charged for the return.

Your return address

The piece comes back to the return address on your account (or your business address if you haven't set a dedicated one). Keep it up to date so returns reach the right place — you can edit it in your account settings.

If a prepaid label isn't possible

On some routes a prepaid label can't be generated (unsupported lane or size). In that case the collector ships with their own carrier and shares the tracking number — the return still reaches you the same way.

Where to find it

The return method and tracking show on the case card in After-sales.
