Is someone else playing the music for this person?

When using VeraPro with those in your care, you could run into a pop-up that says "Account In Use", which blocks you from playing music for that person.

Due to the restrictions of music licensing, we have put in place restrictions that block multi-use of an account or listener profile, so that we are legally compliant as a music service.

In plain terms, there are two scenarios where you cannot use Vera or VeraPro's music:

  1. If another person is using your account (e.g. logged in from another device)

  2. If another person is playing music for the same person you are attempting to play music (they are logged into a separate account on another device)
