What the ! means next to an invoice

When an invoice doesn't fully complete AI processing, the system behavior to flag and resolve this are explained below. Predictions will be made with the available data, but depending on the processing issue there may not be any predictions.

Identifying these invoices

When an invoice doesn't fully complete AI processing, you'll see a visual warning, a :exclamation:to the left of the invoice.

When you expand the invoice, you'll see this help text: "There was an issue during system processing and some predictions may not be fully available for this invoice. You can reprocess the invoice by selecting it and clicking 'Reprocess', or complete processing manually."

Reprocess Action

You can select invoice(s) with this mark, select More, and then select Reprocess. This will trigger a fresh set of AI predictions and send the invoice into the Processing state.
