When using the VicPay Virtual Card, these are common reasons that your card might be rejected and how to fix them so you can complete payment.


Re-enter transaction

This indicates that the billing address entered with the merchant differs from the billing address on file with VicPay.

Please ensure that the street address and postal card match the details from the virtual card page.


Daily Swipe Limit

The daily limit for virtual card swipes is $250,000. If you have a card larger than that, then you'll need to swipe over multiple days.
A day resets at 11:59 UTC. Which is 6:59 AM EST / 7:59 AM EDT
