User Menu
You can access our help articles by clicking your name in the top right hand corner and then going to the “Help Center.”
In-app Chat
There is also in-app chat located at the bottom right of your screen. Send a message through our chat and our support experts are available between 9am-5pm ET, Monday through Friday. You can see your conversation history with Vic.ai through the chat widget.
You can also access help articles in our chat bubble by putting your question in the “Find your answer now” field.
