Vidle Housing processes all payments securely through Stripe, and we’ll gladly look into it for you.

To begin our review, we’ll check your payment records and confirm whether multiple successful charges occurred. If a duplicate payment is found, we’ll ensure the extra charge is refunded promptly.

If you have a screenshot of both charges or a bank statement, feel free to share it — that helps us resolve the issue faster.
