We’re truly sorry that your unit wasn’t up to standard at check-in. Vidle Housing expects all hosts to meet high cleanliness standards, and we take these reports seriously.

If this occurs:

  • You’re welcome to remain in the unit while we investigate

  • We will notify the host immediately

  • We may request photos or documentation to assess the condition

  • We’ll review your request for a cleaning fee refund and follow up with an update

We appreciate your patience while we work with the host to address the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
