What If the Listing Was Inaccurate?

If something about the property didn’t match the listing, we’ll look into it right away.

At Vidle Housing, we expect all listings to be accurate, up-to-date, and clearly described. If you arrive at a unit and find that something important was misrepresented — such as missing furniture, incorrect layout, or unavailable amenities — please let us know right away.

To help us investigate:

  • Send a brief description of what was inaccurate

  • Include photos if applicable

  • Let us know the time you checked in and whether you’re still in the unit

Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll determine what next steps are appropriate, which may include a refund, relocation, or other support.
