Most Vidle listings are built for 30+ day stays to match healthcare assignments. The lease length and minimum stay will be clearly listed on each property’s page.

📝 No Traditional Lease Required

Many hosts do not require a physical lease. Instead, a platform-confirmed booking or digital rental agreement is used to confirm terms.

💳 Payment Plans Available

Guests can choose to pay in full or set up installment payments via Stripe if the unit allows payment plans.

✅ Host Approval Required

All bookings go through a host approval step. The host may review:
