Most Vidle Housing listings are built for 30+ day stays to match healthcare assignments. The lease length and minimum stay will be clearly listed on each property’s page.
No Traditional Lease Required
Many hosts do not require a physical lease. Instead, a platform-confirmed booking or digital rental agreement is used to confirm terms.
Payment Plans Available
Guests can choose to pay in full or set up installment payments via Stripe if the unit allows payment plans.
Host Approval Required
All bookings go through a host approval step. The host may review:
