If your host has unexpectedly canceled your reservation, we know how disruptive that can be. That’s why we’re committed to minimizing the impact and helping you find a suitable alternative as quickly as possible.

Can a Host Cancel a Booking?

Hosts are not able to easily cancel a booking once it has been confirmed. If a host does attempt to cancel, our support team is immediately notified, and you’ll receive an alert right away.

Please note that cancellations by hosts may occur only under extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or property issues. When this happens, we act quickly to support you.
